What is the MOQ?
MOQ is stated per model on the price list. Send the model and quantity you have in mind and we will confirm against the current list.
What are the trade terms?
EXW, quoted in CNY, self pickup after full payment, packed in cartons and wooden crates. Dispatch from the Yueyang, Hunan warehouse.
How long is the quote valid?
Fifteen days from the date on the quotation. Cell pricing moves with the market, so an expired quote is re-issued rather than honoured.
What is the typical lead time?
Approximately 15 days for standard models. Custom voltage or housing configurations are quoted with their own timeline.
What does the warranty cover?
Five years on the complete system. Cycle life is specified per model at 100% DOD, 80% EOL, 25°C, so warranty and spec use the same yardstick.
Can you build to our own voltage or housing?
Yes. Send target voltage, capacity, BMS current and annual volume — we will come back with a configuration and a timeline.
