How a pack gets built
Four stages, each with a recorded checkpoint. If a batch fails at any stage, it does not move forward.
Cell sorting & matching
Capacity, internal resistance and self-discharge measured per cell, then grouped. Groups outside tolerance are rejected rather than down-graded into a cheaper pack.
Module assembly
Laser-welded busbars with automated torque control, insulation and sampling harness fitted, every weld photographed against serial number.
Pack integration
BMS fitted and set to the rated current for the model — 100A or 200A — then enclosure sealed and ingress-checked on the line.
Validation
Charge and discharge verification, insulation resistance and thermal imaging under load, then 100% final function test before packing.
